Acharekar, Dr. Madhu, age 71 of Orlando, FL passed away on July 29, 2014. Born in India, he moved to Orlando in 1978. Dr. Acharekar was a physicist and retired from Schwartz Electro Optics where he worked with fiber optics and lasers. Madhu is survived by his wife, Susan, daughter, Lisa Ed Crowley, son Aroon Acharekar, beloved grandson Aidan Acharekar and several family members in India.
At Dr. Acharekars request, all services will be private.
