Frances T. RhodesSexton. 81, of Ocoee, Florida, passed away on September 10, 2013. Frances is preceded in death by her daughters Barbara Casteel and Sandra Scott. She is survived by daughters Pat, Nancy, Debbie and Betty, 14 grandchildren, 29 greatgrandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
