On June 27, 2022, Jeffery Lane Burns passed away peacefully in Orlando, FL after a long illness. He was a native Floridian, born on August 16, 1965 to William Lane Burns and Judith Jackson Prevost. When Jeffery was a teenager, he moved to Pensacola, FL with his mother and step-father, P. Douglas Prevost. He loved to watch the Blue Angels soar over the Naval Air Station Pensacola at Forrest Sherman Field. Then when he was 27 years old he moved back to his hometown of Orlando to live near his father and his family. Jeffery was a pioneer in the window tinting industry and even tinted the windows on the famous Fast and Furious, Volkswagen Jetta on location at Universal Studios, Orlando, FL. Jeffery loved music, motocross, European cars and his pet squirrel. He is preceded in death by his mother, Judith Jackson Prevost, grandmother Virginia Poppish, great-grandmother, Ethel Wagner and brother, Steven Lane Burns. Jeffery is survived by his father, William Lane Burns, stepmother, Debra West, stepbrothers, Tim West, Kevin West and Christopher West, his daughter, Mackenzie K. Daugherty, his step-father P. Douglas Prevost, step-siblings, Pamela Nickles and Bryan Prevost.
