Kathleen M. Orr

Kathleen M Orr, age 67, passed away peacefully on August 26, 2023, at home. She was born April 28, 1956, in Paris, France to Herman and Thomasina Miller. Kathleen resided in Windermere, Florida at the time of her death. 

Kathleen was the most loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She is survived by her husband Bill, daughters, Melissa, and Rebecca, son-in laws Christopher and Jonathan, grandson Archie, mother Thomasina, sister Susan, brother Charles, and many nephews and nieces. Kathleen was preceded in death by her father Herman and brother James. 
Kathleen enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. 

Her favorite place in Florida was Clearwater Beach, where she enjoyed watching the sunset. 

The family is planning a celebration at a later date.
