Kenneth Walls

Kenneth "Heavy" Daniel Walls, 83, of Apopka, Florida passed away on January 25, 2022, in Orlando, Florida.

He was born on October 16, 1938 in Lake County, Florida, to Robert and Bessie Walls.

Heavy married Lillie Joyce on December 19, 1955. The couple had five children, Kathy Singletary, of Pearson, Georgia, Edward Walls, of Ocoee, Florida, Peggy Meeks, of Douglas, Georgia, Lorrine Young, of Apopka, Florida, and Stevie Walls, of Wisconsin.

He was best known for his love of fishing, horses, race cars, and his family.

Heavy is survived by his children, Kathy (Carl) Singletary, Edward (Tina) Walls, Peggy (Lewis) Meeks, Lorrine Young, Stevie Walls; thirteen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Ellamae Martin, Kathleen Norris, Tommy Walls, and Grace Hurst.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Lillie Joyce; his parents, Robert and Bessie Walls; and his siblings, Fred Walls, Clarence Walls, James Walls, and Mary Ruth Story.

A visitation will be Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 10:00 am at Collison Carey Hand Funeral Home in Winter Garden, Florida.

The service for Heavy will be held on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Collison Carey Hand Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Orlando Memorial Gardens.
