Naomi Virts

Naomi Berry Virts, 90, of Orlando, passed away Monday, August 24, 2015 at her home. She loved Sunday School, was a Christian and a member of First Baptist Church of Pine Castle, where she was baptized.
Naomi loved her family and Saturdays were always a special time with her girls. They would have lunch and then go to the mall. They never went home without a trunk full of gifts. She was a lover of people. She once met some homeless people and a dog behind Publix. She went inside and bought food for the family and their dog. Whenever her family expressed feelings of fear for her, she would smile and say, "It's okay." That's the love that she taught everyone.
She is survived by her son, Bill; daughter, Pam; grandchildren, Julie, Rhonda and Will; and Great grandchildren, Grayson and Clay.
Funeral services will be Thursday, August 27, 2015, 11am at Collison Carey Hand Funeral Home in Winter Garden. Interment will be private.
