Nathan Donahey, a meat manager for Publix, and lifelong resident of Ocoee, died unexpectedly on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at the age of 46.
Nathan was born in Orlando on July 21, 1975 to Michael and Renae Donahey. He graduated from West Orange High School in 1993. He has worked for Publix Supermarkets for 13 years. On January 7, 2017, he married Tracy after meeting her at Publix.
Nathan was a devoted father and huge Miami Hurricane fan. He enjoyed going to games and traveling as a season ticket holder with his family. Nathan loved Star Wars and collecting and playing arcade games in his Man Cave. He loved sitting out in the garage grilling or smoking different meats for dinners.
He will be deeply missed by his friends, family and all who knew him.
Nathan is survived by his wife, Tracy; children, Haley, Autumn, Christopher, Avery, and Caden; grandchildren, Kinsley Rivera, Paul Cummings III, and Lucas and Addison Barnwell; parents, Michael and Renae; sister, Marcie (Nelson); aunts and uncles, Garth and Kristie Beckett, and Harvey and Lynn Burch; nieces Kaitlyn, Madison, and Alexandra; and lots of cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother, Christopher Donahey; and his grandparents, Boyd and Ruby Donahey, and Richard and Betty Beckett.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 11:00 am, on August 16 at Family Church, 300 Main Street, Windermere, FL. The family will receive friends from 10am until 11am at the church.
