Othel Phillips

Othel Phillips, 86, of Winter Garden, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Coffee County, Alabama to the late Eldridge and Josie Thorn Phillips.

He is survived by his wife, Nadine Phillips; Daughters: Patricia Murray, Jeanie Turner, Kathie Wilfert and husband Paul Wilfert; Grandchildren: Emily Taylor, Michael Turner and wife Nichole Turner, Tim Turner and wife Holly Turner, Jennifer Doss and husband Chad Doss, Nancy Powell and husband Charles Powell, Amy Martin and husband Brad Martin and Benjamin Wilfert; Great grandchildren: Brooke Taylor, Morgan Turner, Megan Turner, Mikaleigh Thomas, Ben Lowery, Tyler Turner, Destiny Doss, Noah Doss, Hannah Doss, Christian Doss, Dillon Powell, Skylar Powell, Kendall Powell, Mason Powell, Hayley Martin, Daniel Martin and Claire Martin; Great Great grandchildren: Colton Turner, June Lowery and Emmett Lowery; Brother: Ray Phillips and wife Carol Phillips.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Doris Mott; son-in-law, Joseph Murray; and great great grandson, Finnick Lowery.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2015, 2pm at Vineland Road Christian Fellowship in Winter Garden. The family will receive friends from 12 to 2pm. Pastor Matthew Chester will officiate the service. Burial will follow in Winter Garden Cemetery.
