Raeanne Johnson

Raeanne Johnson - became one of God's Angels on August 25, 2017. She has been rejoined with her twin brother Brandon and is now walking amongst the Heavenly gardens.
Though most will see the physical challenges she faced on a daily basis; those that love her remember her when she was: eating cocoa puffs with her brother on a Saturday morning watching cartoons; a beautiful smile that would light up a room when she heard her Daddy's voice, his "Boo"; the love for animals that instinctively knew how special she was and showed her love back by lying next to her or standing next to her bed just watching over her; her joy for music showed through her spirit and body when she would hear the joyful sounds of the piano music from the Twighlight series. It would calm her and make her forget for a moment that she was in pain or uncomfortable; she loved being pampered by her amazing caregivers - Samara, Jean, Pat, Darlene, Dana, and Denise; who would brush her hair and paint her nails after giving her hand massages that would make her smile. Raeanne loved her teddy bear and doll that she had to have next to her to rest and comfort her; we will remember her strength and most of all the love her spirit gave off to any one that met her. She will be missed but never forgotten.
Raenne is survived by her loving father, Jimmie Johnson, her brothers, Patrick and Scottie Johnson, beloved grandparents, Ray ("Papa's Girl") and Jewel (Granny's Missy") Johnson, aunt, Teresa Johnson, uncles, Roger, Timmie, and Mark Johnson, and many more aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family would like to thank the many caregivers that helped take care of Raeanne over the years, the multiple doctors who without them we would not had the 14 additional years with her, the nurses Samara, Jean, Pat, Darlene, Dana, Wendy, and Denise, and the team at Maxim.
Raeanne would want you to remember her for her strength and love that she shared with you, please don't be sad and know she is freed from a body that no longer worked well and she can now run and play amongst the Angels of Heaven. She is whole again.
