Richard Flippen, 88, was called to his eternal resting place on September 21, 2021. He entered this world on March 19, 1933 in Miami, FL, born to Arnon and Naomi Flippen. He is survived by his children and family; Jon Flippen (Ok), Scott Stapp (Jacklen), Amanda Stapp, Amiee Stapp, Jamie Harris(Helen), Melinda Bocardo(Luis), and Elizabeth Stuart (Mike).
Richard served in the US Navy from 1950 - 1954. A memorial service will be held on October 23, 2021, 2pm at the family residence.
