Wilmer Ashberry

Wilmer G. Ashberry, 83, of Winter Garden, passed away on Friday, October 21, 2022.
He was born in Coffee County, Alabama, the son of the late William Shelby and Julie (Richerson) Ashberry. Wilmer worked for 37 years for Lykes Bros. He enjoyed fishing and gardening.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his five brothers; Piney, Shelby, James, Manuel and Donald, five sisters; Earemae, Leaner, Helen, Mary and Lovonia.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Donna Ashberry, two daughters; Diane Thompson and Michelle Qualls, five grandchildren; Michael, Dustin and his wife Tiffani, Robbie, Eugene and his girlfriend Tauryn, Rachel, seven great grandchildren; Jaxon, Emmylou, Remington, Presleigh, Kayson, Carson and Stetson, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6PM to 9PM on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Ocoee Church of God, 1105 N. Lakewood Ave in Ocoee. Funeral services will be held at 11:30AM on Friday, October 28, 2022, also at the church. Burial will follow at Winter Garden Cemetery in Winter Garden.
