Gethel Tillman-McNatt was born November 8, 1929 in Coffee Springs, Alabama and went to be with the Lord on July 25, 2022. She moved to Florida in 1952 with her husband Louie Tillman and son Charles Tillman.
She attended Garden Cathedral Church of God for 60+ years and worked for the Children's Bus ministry. Gethel loved God and His Word with an unwavering passion. She loved her family with every fiber of her being, fully and unconditionally. Gethel poured that love into her family as she built a foundation of faith that encouraged them to be strong and confident in a good God. She was loved dearly by everyone who knew her, but her family loved her best. The family is deeply saddened by the loss of their Mother, Granny, Great Granny and Great-Great Granny. But they rejoice in knowing she is whole and at peace, worshipping her Savior in Heaven.
Preceded in death by her parents, JA and Flora McCall, her brother Phenice, her husband Louie Tillman of thirty years, then husband Joseph McNatt of twenty-three years. She is survived by her sister, Avis Davis, son and daughter-in-love, Charles and Diana Tillman, grandchildren: Tanya Peterson (Toby), Tim Tillman (Melissa), and Helen Tillman, 10 great grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren.
