Jae Ye

December 4, 1966 — June 12, 2020

Windermere

James Ye (December 4, 1966-June 11, 2020) will forever live in our hearts and our memories as a faithful husband who sought to love his wife KC more and more with each passing day; a proud father who never stopped helping his sons, Timothy and Jonathan, to become the best men that they could be; a devoted son who joyfully served his parents in any way possible; and a committed follower of Jesus Christ, his Savior and Lord.

Family and friends will always remember his infectious laugh, his ever-present smile, his eternal optimism, his generous spirit, his steadfast work ethic,  his tireless service to his church, his devotion to a purpose bigger than life, and his boundless faith in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Even those who didn’t know James were blessed by even the briefest of interactions with him.  He made every person feel like they were the only person in the room.  His life has been a blessing to  both children and adults, to sinners and saints, to people of all walks of life.  His devotion to the work of God through the local church and through foreign missionaries is one of his most lasting and eternal legacies.

The majority of people leave their treasures behind when they breathe their last breath on earth; we thank God that James went to pick up his treasure when he departed this earth.

Anyone who knew James was changed for the better.  His legacy will continue through his beloved family, his relatives, his friends, and his church.
